Well as of now nothing can be said with absolute certainity because the cutoffs vary each nd every year. But a minimun marks of around 420-450 can be considered as a safe score owing to ur ST reservation. With a score of 340 the chancea of gettting a government medical college is less. There might be some chance depending on ur state domicile. However it seems lil tough.
