Dear student, the fees of each and every Medical College the very. For example, in my college, that is Nil Ratan Sircar Medical College and Hospital, Kolkata the semester fees that is the fees for 6 months is only Rs.4500. but it is way more in some private medical colleges. So try getting into a good govt. college so that you will have to pay least!

I know this can be very overwhelming. Take a deep breathe and Relax. A score of 400 is not too bad either. However, you must try hard to score 500+. Do not answer questions if you aren't sure of the answer. That mistake will severely degrade your scores. Also focus on concepts that you repeated get incorrect and understand the concept and revise and relearn.

Coming to your question, well, a score of 400 may not ensure you a seat through the All India Quota in a good government medical college but maybe a 85% State Quota, it may be possible depending on the trends seen in every state. You see, it varies from State to state. Also, fees structures varies from college to college.
