Hello, I completed my B.Sc graduation in 2020 and appeared for GATE exams this year in Chemistry. My gate score is 379 and my rank is 3018. What are the opportunities that I have ahead? Can I apply for M.tech or integrated M.Sc/PhD?

see to become eligible for m.tech you have to complete m.sc course also since you are from b.sc back ground. however based on gate score you may apply for integrated phd courses. however we still not have the gate cutoff for integrated phd courses. I would suggest to apply for iits , iiser , Indian association of cultivation of science.
