Hello I got 142marks.in neet I got 664947 rank in St category can I get any or the government colleges for mbbs kerala

Absolutely NO. You cannot get admission into government medical colleges of Kerala with 142 marks even if you come under ST category. You can try for Deemed universities for medical and dental colleges if you can afford the fees.
Or even drop isn't a bad option provided you study harder and rougher this year and come back with good marks next year.
