Firstly, I don't think there is caste based reservation in NEET. There can be some different levels in obc category. Coming back to your grades. It is bit less for a good government college. You may clear the minimum cut off and can apply for private college. Wait for results and let's see what happens.
You may get a muslim minority college but that can be only said post result declaration because it depends on your ranking.
