Dear Christry, you haven't mentiomed your Category and the exact marks. Neverthless, if you belong to General Category, you should have a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 45% for PWD and 40% for SC, ST, OBC. If you have reached this aggregate, then you are eligible to appear for NEET. You need to clear 10+2 in all subjects individually and then have the required aggregate. If you fulfil this criteria, you are eligible to appear for NEET and if you get admission in any college, you can certainly join the college.

You are eligible to sit for NEET once you have cleared your compartment because a candidate has to pass 10+2 with BIOLOGY, PHYSICs and CHEMISTRY.

While, regarding your admission into colleges after clearing NEET, different medical colleges have different eligibility rules. While some do take in students who have had compartment in class 12, some institutes don't allow such students. For example, in order to be eligible for applying into AFMC, you need to pass your Class 12 (with the minimum percentage prescribed by the institute) in one attempt only.
