Hello vipul,
85% quota of all states are filled by neet scores of that specific states and remaining 15% are filled irrespective of their state ,As you have told that u have mentioned Delhi as your state of eligibility in the application form instead of HP then first of all you should be a resident of delhi or you must have completed your higher secondary education in Delhi ,then you are eligible for the 85% quota of that particular state whereas you are eligible for 15% quota of HP .
