The DU NEET rank list will be separately released and that is considered for the Delhi Medical colleges admission 85% state quota. The merit list for DU quota has not released yet but will release soon. So you have to wait for this merit list to be released for the 85% state quota counselling.
The All India Quota rank list is considered for the 15% All India Quota counselling procedure conducted by the MCC.
The all India rank is the rank of all the candidates who have appeared for the exam which is not considered for the admission or seat allotment process.
