You can forget PSU's. Psu's only recruit the candidate with AIR 300 or below. With this marks it is next to immpossible to get an AIR 300 or less.

Now, coming to the IIT's, the chances of getting into top 7 is less, may be you can get Roorkee (10 to 90 ratio). There is the chance of IIT BHU as it is also one of the best IIT's in India.

You can surely get into NIT's.
