But still with 220 marks there is no chance for you to get admission in any government mbbs college.

You have qualified NEET because cut off for sc category to qualify NEET is about 90- 100 marks.
But for getting admission in government mbbs college you should at least score 350+ marks.
Therefore you can not get admission in any govt mbbs college.
But the courses offered through NEET are available for you in other colleges.
