As far as private medical colleges are concerned, the fee structure is very expensive. The enquiry that you are making can be true for government medical colleges, but you will not get any government medical college with that low marks.
Private colleges are expensive with some with ₹20 lakh fees per year.
Government Colleges have low fees but private ones not.
