No the chances look almost nil. You haven't mentioned your category so I am assuming it to be General category. And at 214 score especially this year wheen the competition and cutoffs have even increased higher as you too might be knowing that the number of candidates had increased and also the paper level was called easy comparatively, you stand a very low chance of getting government or even private BDS or MBBS colleges at this marks.
The options left with you now are either to take a drop and come back with more stronger and better marks next year or you can opt for other courses if you feel interested like BAMS BHMS BPT or BSC or even something like pharmacy. Up-to you.
