yes, there is a chance to get admission under private/management quota. As you said, you scored 331 in NEET 2019, you can definitely get admission. For UR candidates the neet 2019 cut off marks is 701-134 and for OBC,SC-ST the cut off marks is 133-107.

The MCC counselling schedule has been released on mcc.nic.in
You can register online accordingly and can opt for private deemed universities quota seats from there.
Very soon state counselling schedule will be released as well. After which you can register there as well and can sit for counselling for private medical and dental colleges.
