Sir i got 287 marks in neet 2019 comes under obc category from Bihar is there any chance to get admission in any govt. Or private college

As per your said marks and as per the last year cutoff trend almost no chance of getting government medical college in bihar.

Last year cutoff trend was 520+ closing for the obc category under the state quota benefit for bihar and you have much less marks than that. So go for private colleges or management quota seats.
