These are the AIR...i am asking about the closing state rank. What was the last state rank in up for the govt mbbs allotted seat.

Data is available with me only with All India rank. Also there are around 1900 seats available under All India quota in UP.
So you can compare your AIR with these ranks. Considering your rank and the number of seats there are few chances but they seem to be on the lesser side.
