hey, while filling the second du form I've actually changed the email id but didn't change the password and mobile number from the first form I've filled. Will there be any problem?

Nope! There will be no problem. The notification and other details related to the second form you have filled will be sent to the email ID you have edited and for the first form you will be contact to the other email. So you have nothing to worry about and as the phone number is registered you will get the notification for both the case on your mobile phone. SO don't worry.
