Dear Aspirant

You may go for Senior Secondary Course-Equivalent to class XII by applying to NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) which is an open school and these kind of boards are equally considered for medical entrance exam.
Note: You should opt for Physics, chemistry,biology and english for becoming eligible for NEET 2020 and make sure you belong to other eligible criteria as well.

I am afraid it is mandatory to have Science  ( PCB ) in 10+2 examinations in order to be eligible for NEET UG. The upper age limit for NEET has been removed. So your age isn't a barrier but, you ought to have PCB in class 12 to qualify for NEET UG.
