I am sorry to say but 370 marks is very low in neet, you will not land in a government medical college with this much marks, and yes you can't get a seat even under state quota with this much marks in your own state, so leave the thought of getting a seat in other states.
Actually to get a seat one must score atleast 550 +in neet.
