Dear Iswarya, you havent mentioned the State you belong to. Neverthless, General Category or OC has the highest cut offs. 204 is a very less score for a seat even in a Private Dental College for General Category. Cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. This year it has been speculated that the cut offs for Government Medical Colleges will be increased by 25 marks. Inspite of all this, 204 cannot get you a seat.
