First of all, take a deep breathe! It is not the end of the world. Worrying is not going to get you anywhere. Yes, the truth is the cut offs have drastically risen and you may not qualify for the exam. But this is not the absolute dictum. As for a MBBS or a BDS seat, it is not possible. The competition is vigorous and you require at least 500 marks to get a seat in good Medical College. If you really want to get into Medicine, you can take a year drop and answer again next year.
