I am sorry to tell you but with your rank, you will not get a seat in medical colleges not even in private medical colleges, your rank is 7 lakhs which is very high and thus you will not get a seat.
I suggest you to prepare again for neet and clear it next year with flying colours and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor.
