Hi. I got 103 marks in CLAT 2019. My rank is 9983 (AIR). I belong to OBC category. Can I get any NLU? Please suggest.

First of all congrats for securing 9k rank in NLU 2019 . As per my knowledge students below 1k ranks are eligible for almost all top NLU (it will be little tough if you are from general category) . So you have very less chance of securing good course in 2nd round of counselling else last round counselling is all yours as you are from obc category :)

As per previous year cutoff and trends you will definitely get assured seat in tier 2 NLUs Though it will tough for getting seat in top ones still you have hope and you have to wait till last round for getting top colleges .
