Hi... I got 7847 rank ingate 2019 can i get iit or nit?

As you have mentioned above that you have scored in the GATE examination with a rank of 7847, there is a slightly fair possibility that you would call from NIT's.
I would recommend to make a list of NIT's you want to apply to and email them your score.
