Well, you can definitely apply for admissions at LPU as the eligibility criteria for this programme is Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST or In case student scored more than or equal to 90%  in 10+2 , or 90 percentile in  JEE Mains, then LPUNEST  will be exempted and candidate may apply for admission.

According to the eligibility criteria, you must qualify either JEE Main (with minimum 80 percentile) or LPUNEST (LPU's entrance exam, cut off varies from 30%-40%).

Yes, you can avail scholarship on the basis of either percentage in 12th or JEE Main or LPUNEST. Hello, hope you are doing well, yes you can surely get ec in lpu with 94.6 percentile. Just apply for counselling and get into your desired stream. Coming to the scholarship it is 5 lakhs per student for the entire course of engineering.
