I have scored 48 marks in jee main and 265768 AIR and 87075 on OBC ranking can I get NIT,IIIT,IIST or else can anyone tell me.

Chances are very less to get seat with this rank as this is not the suficient one to get seat in NITs and IIITs but it would be better if you could try for state private colleges.
