Hi ... i m expecting 312 marks in Neet in obc category with rank of 50000 ... can i get govt. college in Maharashtra ?

You have very less chances to get seat in Govt and private colleges as well in MBBS/BDS course but yes, if you want you can try for other courses like paramedical and ayush courses in private colleges.
