Hi if I got admission in the 4th cutoff but i want to change my course and college after getting my fav course in 8th cutoff,can i do it?

Hey,
yes you can change your college in any of the cut off even if you have taken admission in some other college in the initial cut offs. Most of the students do so to secure their seat in some college and then change the college or course when they get a better college\ course.
