For securing 28000 EWS rank in JEE mains 2020 it is very tough to get a seat in NIT or IIIT, however, you can try your luck in your home NIT and IIIT so that you can get a seat under home cota. Also, you can apply for state counseling as well so that you have a good chance to get a seat in local colleges with JEE mains marks.
