As per your requirement, i would say that s you have got your marks of 415 in neet exam. You have Domicile of ap state so get seat in ap state you need to apply in state quota counseling and for other states, you need to apply for aiq counseling.

Getting a seat in government medical college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation etc.

The cut off as per your caste would also depend on which state domicile you have as few states havr higher cut off even for st caste. So it varies from state to state.

As per your marks, you need to check the cut off according to your category, and predict your chances.
