Congrats for getting such rank and marks. Admission in colleges depends upon Cut off list prepared by the colleges or by JoSAA. It depends upon your rank also.You should apply for counselling.Try filling government colleges in home quota first .
Try checking previous year cut off list and closing rank of NIT's and IIIT's.

sir If I get in private college shou I pay full fee or govt will payam belongs to obc and below 1lakh incom

First admission fees will be paid by you. You should ask your respective colleges then about scholarship scheme for OBC category. They will help you to apply for the same. If you are fulfilling eligibility category of OBC then your fees paid will be refunded and government will pay to institution on your behalf.
