Hi sir....i got 55% in 10th ..n 2nd year i got 47%....now am doing bsc in bsc my % is 80% s above.......so...we can eligible for to apply govt job.n my category is OBC..

Yes , you are eligible for Government jobs as most of the government jobs don't have minimum percentage required criteria, for example if I tell you about ssc cgl then there's no minimum percentage requirement to be eligible you just need to have done your graduation in any discipline from a recognized university/institution . Same is for other government exams as well,  there's no minimum percentage required even for upsc exam.
