The NEET Guidelines say so
"He/she has completed age of 17 years at the time of admission or will complete the age on or before 31st December of the year of his/her admission to the 1st year MBBS/BDS Course"
You will be 17 Age on 01/10/2020. The session of 2020 will start in Augugst and complete 1st yr on Jun 2021.
Hence you are eligible as the last date is 31st December 2020.

No, it don't. You are not completing 17 while admission but that same yr before 31st Dec you ll be 17. So you are eligible
