Dear Aspirant,
As you might know that Thappar University does not have any category wise cut offs, So your SC category rank has no point there. They releases cut offs only in two categories: General (PUNJAB) and General (OUTSIDE PUNJAB).
Now considering previous year cut offs of Thappar University,You have no or very less chances of getting CE or CSE whether you belong to Punjab or not because percentile needed for this would be around 89-95 percentile and I don't think you got that percentile with this rank. So very sorry to tell you but you don't get your preferred branches in this university.
