Hii sir,I have got 30 marks while the cut off for sc is 29 and my sc rank is 38613 and CRL is 506732. Am i qualified for JEE advance or not?

Yes, Kshitija with your 30 marks in the SC category you are definitely eligible for JEE Advanced examination as the cut-off for SC category is 29 marks. So, you will need to register yourself for JEE Advanced examination which will start from 2nd May 2018 and its last date is 7th May 2018. Make sure you complete your exam registration within the timeline and give 200% in your last days' preparation before the exam which will be held on 20th May 2018.
And you can worry about the other college admission procedure later as the counselling session will start after the JEE Advanced exam result which is going to come on 10th June 2018.

Anyone having marks greater than qualifying marks is eligible to write JEE advanced. And your marks 30 is clearly greater than 29. Ao, you are eligible.
