Cut off depends on the exam question level so you have to Wait for the exam ?

KGMC IS A VERY GOOD MEDICAL COLLEGE AND IF YOU WANT TO GET ADMISSION IN THIS COLLEGE THEN YOU MUST SCORE MUCH HIGHER MARKS i.e 640 APPROX AND YOUR ALL INDAI RANK SHOULD BE UNDER 500 IF YOU BELONGS TO UR CATEGORY
LAST YEAR CUTOFF MARKS WAS AROUND 645 AND RANK 346 FROM ALL INDIA CATEGORY AND FOR STATE QUOTA CUT OFF MARKS WAS AROUND 549
