You need to register only to deemed universities section. No need to register individually to each and every university , it will ask only to fill the choices of deemed universities, it will automatically allot you the college or university according to your marks. The opening of the forms will be intimated in the news section of website itself , you should keep a track of mcc's official website.

AS I see your marks in NEET UG 2019 you have very less chances of get Seat in Deemed Or Private Universities Colleges.
Cutoff for this year for getting any private or deemed Colleges you have to score around 390 under AIQ & 380 under state qouta for Open Category.
You have even less chances to get any seat if you belong to any category under your state.
This Year The No. IF student which have Score above 480 marks are more then of last year. So getting seat is More difficult this year.

There are only 27k seats in India. In which 15% seats are under AIQ Qouta.
FOR getting seat in AIQ is Very Difficult if you are from state which have low no. Of College
