You have not mentioned your category anywhere so i assume it to be general.
If i consider the previous year data, then your chances of getting admission in a government medical college in jammu and kashmir through state quota are almost negligible. If you are from a reserved category then the case would be different.
But you have very good chances of getting admission in any of the government medical colleges in some other states of india through kashmiri migrant quota
