Dear student,
As you have withdrawn your josaa seat, then definitely you will get a refund of your josaa seat.
As per buisness rules of josaa - if you have exercised withdraw option then you will not be considered for subsequent rounds of seat allotment. And your seat acceptance fees will be refunded to you after deducting the processing charges of Rs. 2000.
And in csab special round counselling, you again have to give seat acceptance fees if you accept a seat in csab speciaal round, i.e Rs. 35000 (for general/obc ) or Rs. 15000 ( for sc/st /pwd).

Yes if you get any seat in csab and you accept it, then definitely you can use this refunded amount in csab special round. but you have to give an extra participation fees of csab special round counselling.

For csab special round counseling, you have to give a registration fees of Rs. 36500 (for general/obc/ews) or Rs. 16500 (for sc/st/pwd).
