There is no integrated for Graduation in India and MS from US. If you want to do then you have to appear national level or state level Entrance exam and clear it. Then join in good college and complete the graducation. Then apply for government exams like GRE or Gate or TOFEL. there are many exams conducted every year. Better to choose GRE and qualify it. If you can then you can go to US for Higher studies.
