I would like to inform you that when the result will be declared the councelling will start.
The councelling will be of two types - All India Councelling for 15% all india quota(AIQ) and 85% state quota for each state.
Now in 15% all india quota , any one can choose there preferred college from anywhere in India and 15% seats from each college will be available to students from anywhere in India.
Talking about 85% quota this is be reserved for the state students only. So for this you can visit the official website of westbengal councelling and apply for 85% quota and on being asked to prove your eligibility you can put forward your domicile certificate and you will be eligible for the councelling.
Also you can be eligible for 85% quota in Uttar Pradesh also without domicile certificate, if you have studies your class 10th as well as 12th from a school in Uttar Pradesh state only.
