How a drop after class 12(pcm) 74.6% affects placement or carrier, will i be not eligible to sit for college or college(placement)?
During the campus placement nobody cares if you are dropout or not. The only thing matters is your knowledge and how you are representing your knowledge to interviewer. If you are good at it then nobody can stop you in getting a good job.
Only few of the interviewer may ask about your gaps. Then always prepare for that. Give them a reasonable answer. If you are good at your knowledge and communication skills then this will not matter at all.
So stop thinking about gaps and prepare hard. Awesome opportunities are waiting for you if you will work hard.

Single year drop doesn't affect your placement much. Almost no company care about this as maximum candidates of engineering colleges are dropper and thus do not take pressure. But you'll have to prepare hard because a second drop is not good and companies do not like such candidates.
