How can an student from outside state (say Haryana) get admission to JNTU and Univ College of Engg Hyd ? Is Jee Mains score acceptable to these colleges ?

Yes, You can get admission into the above mentioned institutions but not through JEE mains. These colleges don't accept JEE main score, you can get into these colleges by giving and Examination called EAMCET and getting a good rank as in these 80% of seats are reserved for locals.
They don't accept JEE main score.
