How can I apply for Haryana and up state counseling round 2 as I couldn't register for round 1

Dear candidate,
Since you did not register for round 1 and did not get your documents verified,unless the state neet site open the registration form you cannot enter for round 2.It is for both state and unless then open fresh registration for round 2 after round 1 seat allotments, you cannot register.
You would definately be able to register for mop up round and almost every state offers fresh registration .
