LPU offers scholarship based on various categories like previous qualification percentages, LPU NEST exam, national level test and many more. Whichever will be the best applicable that will be reduced from the fees of every semester. The fees structure depends upon the scholarship applicable, as the scholarship amount is reduced from the fee of every semester.

LPU believes in the fact that money should not be a constraint for a student to pursue his choice of studies. Scholarship can be availed in the various courses offered by LPU.

LPU offers scholarship on the various categories :-

• The first and foremost category is that a student can avail the scholarship on the basis of his/her previous qualification or previous to previous qualification which should be minimum of 70 percentage. For instance if a student is applying for a Bachelor’s degree, LPU will be considering the 12 ^th marks or 10 ^th marks whichever will be higher.
• LPU conducts Lovely professional university national entrance and scholarship test (LPUNEST) on the basis of which student can enhance their scholarship.
• Some national level tests like JEE mains, NATA, NEET, UCEED, CAT, XAT, MAT , CMAT, NMAT, GPAT, GATE etc.
• Performance on the basis of sports, cultural or co-curricular activities.
• Board Toppers
• For Orphan students or person with certain disabilities
• Defence personnels and central armed police forces(CAPF) dependents

From all the above mentioned whichever is higher that will be applicable.

• Students who have topped their board examination of eligibility qualification (10th or 10+2 as applicable) and are among top 20 merit holders, may avail scholarship of full tuition fee waiver and hostel fee waiver which is applicable to four seater air cooled room.
• To facilitate quality education to deserving applicants, LPU offers special scholarship of Full Tuition fee waiver to orphan students who are residents of India and whose both parents are dead. A maximum of 10 applicants will be awarded this scholarship on the basis of first come first serve basis subject to satisfying the LPU policy for the same.
• Applicant having Benchmark disability of more than 40% and/or Locomotor disability caused by spinal cord injury can avail the benefit of full programme fee waiver subject his/her case being approved by Special Committee constituted by LPU.
• LPU offers exclusive Scholarship schemes for Tibetan Students studying in CTA (Central Tibetan Administration) Schools and Students studying in different schools managed by Vidya Bharati Akhil Bharatiya Shiksha Sansthan where on the basis of test conducted in schools of the concerned organization and/or recommendation of concerned authority of the organization, certain students may be offered full tuition fee waiver.

As per my knowledge,Whatever scholarships you are awarded at the time of admission,it will be continue till the last semester,But it can be cancelled in case of any serious misconduct or in disciplinary action committed by the student or poor academic performance.

Due to this pandemic situation,Now a days online Induction is going on,University conducted different webinars for freshers,different online talent show is going on.
