Balancing Class 12 board preparation along with NEET and EAMCET is possible if you follow a structured routine.
- Start by preparing a combined timetable - NCERT forms the base for all 3 exams.
- Most concepts in Physics, Chemistry and Biology overlap across boards and NEET, so focus on building strong foundation in NCERT first.
- For NEET and EAMCET - add extra practice to improve speed and accuracy.
- Divide your day into 3 blocks - one for Board, one for NEET and one for EAMCET (practicing questions)
- Keep weekly targets and solve atleast one mock test for each exam - to track progress

For focus on 12& neet must focus on ncert and follow routine and please give time to eamset base and please do make weekly plan and track your and please keep your study sources limited so that you don't get distracted and please stay consistent.
