To get admission in AIIMS, you need to qualify NEET-UG with a good score as from 2020 onwards, National Entrance cum Eligibility Test (NEET) is the single gateway for getting admission in MBBS, BHMS, BAMS, BDS, BVSc and a few other courses offered by medical colleges all over India.
Even JIPMER has merged up with NEET.
To be eligible for NEET UG, you must have completed 17 years of age and studied Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology at your (10+2) level. You also should have qualified your senior secondary exams with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks as a General candidate.

To get admission in AIIMS you will have to appear in NEET 2020 as AIIMS entrance has been cancelled from this year.
Not only you will have to appear in the exam but also you will have to score very well. As this is the first time NEET is being conducted for AIIMS so we are also not sure about the cutoffs but as per the standard of the AIIMS it will certainly lie above 550+
