Every year, hundreds of students come to Asia-Pacific Institute of Management for studying business management. To help smoothen the whole transition that takes place in the life of a student, the college conducts a whole lot of exercises including holding an initiation / orientation programme. During the orientation, students of the new batch are welcomed in the institute, and are put through a series of ice-breaking sessions, guest lectures, and bridge courses so they can be well prepared for the journey ahead at the institute. The college has separate and safe hostels for its girls and boys students who come from outside Delhi. At the hostels, they get a family kind of environment which is really important for the outstation students. The college has several student clubs who further encourage the freshers to gel well with their faculty members, peers, seniors, and staff. Last, but not the least, the faculty members act like mentors and walk the extra mile to make the students feel at home, so they can learn and grow into future leaders and managers.
