the cut off marks for neet will vary from state to state while it is as high as more than 624 states like Delhi and tamilnadu it might be as low as 480 for some states in the north east and even Uttar Pradesh but more or less on an average it is around 500 to 520 + for the 85% state quota and 550 to 580+ 15% all India quota seats

The cutoff changes every year and so it would be difficult to predict it this way. However, if you want to apply for admission in other state- then your admission process will be carried under 15% AIQ seats. And through this quota, your score should be minimum 620-30 for admission in a government college. You need to keep high target so that atleast you can score near to it or even more which will surely benefit you in getting admission in your desired college.
