how many mark requaired for mbbs colleages
Hey Sankey
as you know there are differeng medical colleges but the admission to them is obly through one exam neet marks required for any college is based on the cut off score which are the minimum marks required to get admission into any medical college
one it is different for different categories & two it varies every year based on the difficulity of the question paper
roughly it is estimated that for a good government college one need above 550 marks in NEET for sure to get a seat
then for various private colleges & deemed universities it is lesser than the government colleges but for private colleges like King George Medical College, Aligarh Muslim University, St John’s Medical College, Ramaiah Medical College, Kasturba Medical college you need high scores to get in almost or a little lesser than government colleges
set yourself a score goal & work accordingly
if you study well you can get a good college
good luck!
For admission in any medical college whether government or private, there is cutoff marks range- which is released after the exam. However, it changes every year and so the safe marks range for admission can't be predicted.
If you want to get admission in a government college, then your NEET score should be minimum 500+ (if you're applying for 85% State quota seats) and 550-560+ (if you're applying for 15% AIQ seats).
However, you should keep high target so that atleast you can score near to it or even more which will benefit you in getting admission in your desired college. Hope you're getting my point.!
So.. prepare well and study smart.!
Good Luck.!
