How many numbers are required to get into AIIMS collage

To get admission into AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) , one of the most prestigious medical colleges in India, you need to score very high marks in the NEET UG exam , as it is the only entrance exam used for AIIMS MBBS admissions now.

For General category students , you usually need to score above 680–710 marks out of 720 in NEET to have a chance at AIIMS Delhi, which is the topmost among all AIIMS institutions. The cut-off varies slightly each year depending on the difficulty of the exam, number of applicants, and seat availability.

For reserved categories like SC/ST/OBC , the cutoff may be slightly lower:

• OBC : 650–680 marks

• SC : around 600–630 marks

• ST : 580–610 marks Still, competition is very high and the seats are limited, so even with reservation, a strong score is necessary.

Also, there are multiple AIIMS campuses across India such as AIIMS Bhopal, AIIMS Jodhpur, AIIMS Bhubaneswar etc. Their cutoffs are a bit lower compared to AIIMS Delhi, but still in the top 1–2 percentile of NEET scorers.
